Single digit Blue LEDs for 88 freq counter..

DX It is a bitch to do......I did one to a 99v.....all the # on the freq have 6 or 8 legs on them, with wires on them. You have to unsoder each one...Will take you a while and they are tiny legs. RR said we would do it for 100.00. I had mine done, Bob's did it.

I bought my kit off ebay also, came with the channel one also and meter bulbs too..

They person that sold them was a member on here also, some time ago...

Peace Yota

ITs a bitch to do only, if you cant solder :P

I am very proficient at soldering and have replaced many stock LED's. I have never had anyone ask me to change them out for blue ones until now! I just needed to know where I could get them.
Thanks to everyone who helped!!!

I give these guys credit where credit is do , I've been soldering for over 20 years (for 12 of those years ,I did it for a living) , after all that , I still would only give myself a passing grade , Microprocessors and L.E.D.'s and surface mount can surely be a challenge for those that only do a little soldering from time to time (even for me with all the right tools and magnified swing lamp) RR is right to charge 100.00 for a job done like that. Try changing or modifing a Microprocessor on for size !! you screw it up ....your done ! This stuff is not for everybody ......not even me.

I am an Electronic Warfare technician for the USAF. I have been certified up to NASA standards soldering. I not only have your avg. soldering iron but I also have a hot air rework station. So when I say Im proficient, Im not basing it off my radio hobby alone but instead a 3 month course on soldering alone and 5yrs of small circuit and SMD soldering.
