ive made a few contacts this morning to tennsee and north carolina im running a rci 6300 25 with a handheald d-104 with an atron 99 about 35 feet in the air thinkin about gettin a silver salute to run on it ive heard dem already and im very impressed the way it sounds and belive it or not i picked up the radio from a pawn shop for like 79.95 cant that deal!!!
 

We had some really good condx here in Central Kentucky as well. Had stations from places I usually dont get to hear, New York, Boston, Toronto, Quebec Canada, Northern Ontario ... maryland.. Good day to be on the radio for sure!

Thanks. It gets the job done. Its very..clean. Ive got neighbors on both sides, and neither have ever complained about any interference. Well the one has but its not me. I am not turning his computer on/off, its his crappy wiring job on that house.. haha

If I ever clean up my workbench I'll get some pics. The I10K has been thru he!!. Its been brought down by 2 inches of ice, drove one of the bottom radials a couple inches into frozen ground. I just bent it back, and put it back up. Used better mast this time! Been up the last 4 or 5 years that way.
