Any of you guys or gals who like to smoke meat, give www.traegerindustries.com a try for their wood smoke pellets. You can get a 10# bag for $10 plus shipping. They have a huge variety of flavors, with no chemicals used in the processing of the pellets. I use them in my cheap electric smoker and in the charcoal grill. I used to use a camping axe to make wood chips from my apple tree, maple tree and walnut tree - too much work, and the pellets work better. Nothing like a slow smoked Pork Shoulder, Beef Brisket or Chicken Leg Quarters. MMGooooooooooood!
