This issue doesn't bother me near as much as the race war the media is stirring up in south Florida. Nothing is known about this kid. Why hasn't his FaceBook been publicized? Is he really not such a good kid? He got suspended for pot. I can't knock that, but I wasn't flamboyant with my weed smoking to the point of getting caught at school.

Should he have gotten shot? No. Did the shooter have the right to shoot? No. It'll all play out eventually but now Jesse Jackson has gotten involved. Now it's a circus.


Personal preference vs. a mob of thousands...potentially for naught.

I have met several people over the years who eat Placenta. Some keep it in the freezer to eat later on anniversaries of the birth. Also, all of these people were a little odd acting anyways.

I used to work for a super large swine operation and we ground up the placenta and gutted all the stillborn piglets and added water and then fed that back to the sows before they reentered the breeding area.

I've got a newborn, 6 weeks old this Thursday, and the doctor never asked if we wanted the placenta. I feel like our little town isn't very 'hip'.
