That's Mercado Libre in Argentina,Ebay branch for Latin America.
Takes a few stiff custom fees to get electronics into Central and South America,that is why the prices are higher,not like in the good old US to get items from China or overseas cheap,same items have to pay up to 60% custom fees to get in to this countries,this is done in order to protect cheap manufacturing cost from China against the cost of manufacturing an equal item in this countries,even after import taxes etc.. still comes out cheaper sometimes.
