Is this possible for output? How reliable would this be and this shop anyone know of these guys?? I was interested in these radios but want to also know how they are on SSB which is where its most important to me. I see it covers 10-12 meters so it would be handy.

Big time drift on ssb have heard good and bad about this radio... Not much good onn ssb..

On a Dosey meter at 15 volts and the modulation cranked up I suppose anything is possible. I think honest wattage numbers on that radio are 40-55 depending on the tune.

Why the Dosy? A 43p or any powered meter should read bigger numbers yet.

They have awesome audio on AM and SSB with the stock mike and they have dual finals so just standard export output.

The two I've had new out of the box drifted .......got great reports but playing with the clarifier drove me nuts, sold em.

Ok that is exactly what I dont want is a 2 man operation radio one guy to talk and one guy to keep there clarifier on track LMAO!! This would do me no good on 10 and 12 meters nor would this be a treat on 11 for that matter. Ill stick to the 2950's I have. I should really play with this sommerkamp a little more this a really cool radio has one more brightness option for display and this thing is rock solid on SSB as far as Ive heard on reports. I often thought of selling it because I dont use it along with a few other radios I have but these Sommerkamp TS-2000 2950 are hard to find and you dont see them often anymore so I been holding on to it. I should hook that thing up again and give it a good run.

Looks like the wattmeter is loose as a 5 dollar whore. My single final volted Uniden Grant ought to hit 40 watts! LOL!
They do stay on frequency depending on the ambient temperature.
