Hey welcome to capitalism at its finest. According to his ratings he has sold that set-up before. Now one needs to wonder if said seller is not fudging the ratings with friends purchasing.
Yeah, he is trying to elicit the Ham radio community support by openly mocking CB radio operators that will buy it.
If in fact they do is another story altogether.
He needs the cover and a better reputation since he has little respect otherwise, so he cooked this up.
Gotta give him credit for being somewhat clever, but it just won't do for those who are already aware of him and his games.

I don't know how he has 100% positive feedback I googled his name and I see a lot of people complaning on how he won auctions then did a switch and sent them back a box of parts...
