did you ever check to see what your swr is with and without the linear in line??

and what kind of tv does he have? and is it cable or reg ant?
did you offer to put chokes on his tv and antenna line?
just don't snap them on, wrap the wire around the choke once..I have to use 2 radio shack chokes....

if your radio is grounded inside the hole to the wall plate un-ground that...
(my local buddy had his grounded and splattered all over his local next store till he ungrounded the radios body from the wall plate...don't even know why he did that!)
all you really need is 1 6' or longer ground rod in the ground and then ground the antenna.

and are you sure your 50; up from the ground....what is this push up pole?
