seen a few post on this and even asked once myself . was at rci looking around and saw this...
"January Tech Tip of the Month:If you would like to add Talk Back to the RCI-2950/70 - pre DX models, it is just an easy modification. All you have to do is remove D78 from the circuit board. Simple, short and sweet!"
