He still is to this day. What a joke of a man he is.Take all that money and buy yourself a Cobra 2000 then send it to Snake Radios. I hear he throws in a wash and wax for free.
The sand Jawa in the land of the pixie dust sure gives him a hard time. I don't agree with some of Tim's techniques, but you shouldn't ridicule the guy. Not sure why pixie dust man thinks he has to put everyone else down.He still is to this day. What a joke of a man he is.
The supposition that there was a "distance limit" on CB transmission is hilarious. So, you can be held responsible because a sun spot bounced your signal across the country??!! Give me a break. I defy ANYONE to provide physical proof of ANYONE ever being convicted of talking DX while transmitting using FCC ALLOTTED LEGAL POWER. Nothing more than a made up spoof. CB man......wow.I hadn't been following this but it looks like on May 18 the FCC voted to remove restrictions on distance on CB radio transmissions. They left current power levels as-is.

Wondering if CB manufacturers will use this in their marketing of CB radios - "Talk to other drivers on the road or talk across across the country to other CB users" - no license required!
Hopefully, they won't retroactively prosecute me for the 10,000 DX contacts I made in the last 3 decades
