Hello again!

I have been able to bring this Teaberry back to life with your guy's help. I have a situation now that doesn't seem to make sense. To me anyway!

I should mention a couple of things.. Xtra channel and clarifier lock have been performed on this unit. It is up and running with full TX power and good receive. I am still waiting for my caps to arrive so I can recap it.

I was working thru the TX alignment procedure and I am supposed to set the bias current TP8 35mA and then TP7 45mA. I have no current on either one of the test points and adjusting doesn't change anything. I am confused on how the unit will still TX full power with no bias? I was talking to another gentleman and he mentioned there was a diode for the bias. Are you aware what he might be talking about and maybe someone could explain how it still TX without any bias current and if this is possible then why is there bias current?
