I have had my tech license for a number of years. But never gotten on the air. I have listened a few times with my scanner.
Right now I'm in the process of getting my CB back up and working in my truck.
Then I would like to set up a base station for CB and ham.

I'm thinking about studying for the general class so I could open up some more options.

I have a Gordon west general class book and was wondering if I could use this one to study from. It says in the book that the question pool was valid until June 2004.
Has the question pool changed that much sense 2004?
