Telestar Magnum: What's it worth?

I have a good friend that is wanting to do some trading with me. He has a Telestar Magnum. It has 2 of the 4CX350 steel tubes. He just replaced the tubes less than a year ago and it is producing about 2K. I have no idea what it is worth. Can I get some feedback on this?
