Thanks for the information. The local ARES definitely uses the odd split for this particular repeater. I've never heard any comms, nor have I ever heard (or hit) the repeater when testing all the channels that were programmed. I verified that the frequencies inputted into my radio are correct via the comm plan. Here is a copy http://www.portsmouthares.org/Commplan.pdf the channel in question is Channel 79.


I've downloaded all the manuals for the D72, all is good now as far as radio operation.
