There is a guy on you toob that did a 1200 watt solar panel installation on his box truck rv and mounted the panel rails with 3-M VHB, no screws,no holes.
I remember he quoted the data sheet, one square inch of 1/2 wide tape has 85 lbs of adhesive grip.... that's impressive stuff.
