There are slow ones too

See them a lot out on the west side of the valley here......dust devil`s, I have even seen one up at China Peak in the winter over the snow during a sunny bright afternoon...... kinda cool.
The Dry ones in the summer sometimes climb way up in the air, but never seem to last very long.
Neat how the guy caught it on Vid with the plastic that was covering the strawberry's.
Thanks Doc.

Remember seeing a large dust devil back in Ssippi which was about 1/4 mile wide at the ground and about 500' high and had numerous smaller ones rotating in the opposite direction of the main vortex.

Could have been the beer or the weed me and my brother were sharing that day, naaaa it's was a really awesome site sliding across that big field of cotton that was only a couple inches high at the time and that sugar sand made a nice one.
