According to your posts , it looks like you were gone about 3 months or so. You lucked out dude ! Welcome to the change , and the rest of the smartellick remarks that go with it. Your not alone dude , even those that were around for the change just had to "roll with it or go with it" , they say they dropped a few PM's to others before hand (which they did) but they really didn't say much. I suppose they did the best they could ? although I see a lot of regulars no longer present these last few months. (guess they go'ed with it ?) :thumbdown: I personally thought there might have been a whole lot less moaning and groaning about the change if there could have been a big write up on it before the change had accured.(even a month ahead would have been more then helpful to others) But there was none , and it was basically dropped in our laps as is. And yes , as all can see , CB radio operations and there amplifers seem to have taken the biggests of hits ! :glare: but the whole Idea was to be a more legal type Eagle Forum , (if there's truly such a thing ?) IM not a Ham and I honestly don't know about other Ham related Forums ? but THIS IS NOT THE OLD FORUM im sorry to say , (for my concerns anyway and they only matter to me anyway) Looks like Mole wants it the way he wants it and that's the way the cookie crumbles , I say that because even polls on this and that from long standing members didn't change a thing concerning this new format. It seemed there was a few butt hurt members out there , some still here and some that I haven't seen since the change over. I surely miss the old Forum with out a doubt in my typing finger tips 
but this isn't my site ,plane and simple like and it appeared that being a good pertisapating member in good standing didn't make a damned bit of differents either. So with that , I don't think the WWRF is missing anything , it's simple , it's out with the old and in with the new. If polls don't change a damned thing around here , What does that basically tell you ? I still think this Forum could work for the otherside of the coin if they would post in the right places and make it work for them , with or without a certain section being added. Although the trolling is there and I feel it has been over looked many times , that part I can't change and if moderation don't , What's that tell you ? ya mean going to a 90% ham board and taking away the cb amp sections and stuff?
yup, its a big change, makes it kinda hard to get info or learn about what people have done in the past, and will make people go elsewhere , I guess as SK says...out with the old and in with the new...hopefully there are enough new members to make up for those that have pretty much disappeared

I need a couple of volunteers to try a few things on the forum, and for those wanting to know why we dont just show everybody? We do not know if our experiment will work yet.
So with that in mind, I need a few CB operators and a few ham operators signed up here with their call sign as volunteers to try the forum in a new format while we test some options.
If your intentions are to bitch and complain about the experiment then just do not volunteer I dont need the shit.

I don't see where you think this sight is 90% HAM radio related. Most all I see except for one or two sections that are dedicated. Most people are either getting or have gotten thier license and ask questions. That does not make it 90% HAM.
The problem I have coming here is having to read about people bitching about something they're getting for free, I have no problem with the content of this forum.
I say if you don't like it here then keep searching for what you're looking for because the interneckt is a large place.
There are plenty of cb crap forums out there and 99% of them have no technical content whatsoever and what is here has been offered free-will and I thankful for that.
