Just goes to show how many stupid people there are that drive trucks and have no idea what their overall height is. Granted 11'8" is low but it's not as if there was no warning about the clearance. Good drivers are well aware of their overall width and height.
Those three Penski trucks are rentals, would hate to owe a company a truck like that as they are not cheap.
