Transmitter signal enters the amp


Comes out there then? Just trying to understand flow so it goes through tubes comes out on top of tube ? Or are top caps like a ground circuit
 
Rf comes out of the top cap (anode) and this is also where high voltage b+ is connected.

The second part of your question depends on the tube type and amp configuration. Could be cathode or grid driven.
