Turner +3 Mic Head

Can anyone tell me how to tighten the head on this mic, There is no way to come up through the bottom so there must be a trick to the head.

Well, its kind of a mother to get to. There is screw is under the little turner emblem on the back of the head. The glue on that sticker is pretty tough, and it will be hard to get off without screwing up the emblem. I use a hairdryer to heat it up and loosen the glue a bit, then used a dental tool to get under the edge and lift it off. This is the screw that holds the front half of the mic head on. Once you get it off, the screw that holds the head to the stand will be obvious.
