Big difference.
If it has a tiny slide switch under it marked "E" and "R", that's a big deal, too.
Biggest wild card in the deck is the mike cord. If it has been replaced some time in the last 40 years the wire colors on the new cord may or may not match Turner's factory wire colors.

Four wire cord. Looks stock and the mike is the earlier style with 2 screw terminals for the
