spotted a strange mobile antenna on a pickup truck yesterday..this thing was bout 5' tall,had a little top hat on it and about 1/4 way up from the base it had strange bulbous looking thing on it..the bulbous looking thing looked like a wire whisker like you use to beat eggs with for cooking..it consited of bout 20 thin wires and about a full foot in diamameter..the bulb was probly a foot an a half from top to bottom..anyone know what it was ? and no i wasnt drinkin..
