I currently have a NMO to SO239 adapter and it works great.

Now id like to know about a SO239 to NMO adapter found here:

i don't want to have to tear apart the headliner for the 3rd time and replace the so239... i am running all phantom antennas but due to the 3rd mount being so239 ...I'm limited and trying to find an easy way to do this.
