That adapter will probably work okay, but there's one aspect of it that may not work for you. If that phantom antenna should sit flush with the surface of the vehicle, that mount/adapter will raise it above the surface a bit (1/8" as a guess?). There will be a gap between the bottom of the antenna and the surface of the vehicle. If that's no 'biggy', then it should work fine. Or maybe just fashion a gasket to fill that gap?
