I have since sold this scanner, but I have another one that looks like it, that also picks up the CB and 800 MHz band (cell blocked). This one DOES have a bracket, also has a charger, a cigg lighter plug, and a wire antenna. Absolutely nothing wrong with this one. Model 350BC Same price $50 shipped in the lower 48. Paypal accepted
