I have a Uniden PC 78 Elite in my truck right now. It's peaked & tuned and sounds loud and clear. Just wanted to know from yall what yall think about the Uniden PC 78 Elite or any Uniden brand radio. Also I am thinking on maybe getting a Uniden Grant. Anyone know where to get a good used cheap one?

Uniden makes good products period !! your 78 is a very nice radio , a Grant XL AM/SSB would be a nice step up , Cheap huh ? DTB has one for 130 shipped in the swap shop , he's a radio man so chances are you will be getting a good one. You want to look on Ebay you might fine one for around 60 to 80 shipped , just depends. i love my 68xl its great. the stock mic is VERY nice i love it. its got weight to it unlike other POS radios ive used in the past. you can tell its quality.
