Got this for a fair price and it wasn't working. I live in the same town as Roger Bird. Lucky I guess. I took it to him and he repaired it. Did the audio mod to it and installed an external speaker jack on the back. Now I know this radio is in need of an alignment but the chipswitch works just like it should. I even have the manual for the chipswitch.
I'm cleaning out the closet and listed a bunch of radios on Fleabay and this one got booted out. I'll take 175.00 for this rig shipped in the US only. Its in great shape with very few ware marks on it. Comes with the power cord I got with it but nothing else besides the chipswitch manual.
If you have any questions just ask. I know I don't need to go into detail on what kind of radio this is and how much of a wanted rig it is because of the folks we have here on this site so I'll leave it at that.
