Thank you for helping out. I went to ebay to look for the pll from the
link but did not quite have the auction money in these hard times. You may
drop me a PM if the price tag is reasonable now.
I have been told by another radio operator that in edition to your NEC
number that there is a SK3881 which a cross reference.
