Hi everyone - thanks for the kind thoughts.   Our power came back on today!  To be clear, we always had water here, but much of the burn areas do not...or it's contaminated.  That's my mom's situation only a few miles away.  The Eaton fire started near her house, in Eaton Canyon where I grew up hiking on the weekends.  She still can't go home.  The wind has laid down so the air crews are finally able to attack the fire from above.  There is so much devastation here...
