so the guy in this video had nothing better to do then to park there and start taking pics of them? taking up space when there just doing there job? it look like he was just there aggravate and start trouble see how far he can push people till they do some thing....

so he calls him to role his window down repeatedly and he don't comply?? yeah I would have busted his window to... then throw a bag a meth in his glove box

EDIT::: after looking at the rest of his stuff they stopped him on a routine Q&A and he refused yeah what a dumb ass.... I live right next to the Canadian border and if you refuse to talk they will get you out of the car.

Uncalled for? UNCALLED FOR?? What is it with some people that intentionally go out to stir up shit with law enforcement so that they can assert their rights. Their rights would not need asserting if they didn't stir up shit. The officer was right to do it in my opinion. He had no idea who the guy was or what his intentions were.The driver ignored requests to open the window and simply kept taking pictures of them. WHY? Oh wait.......to prompt them into doing something so he could assert his rights. If I had of been the cop I probably would have smashed the window and drug him out, thrown him on the ground and cuffed him in the dirt. In most countries it is illegal to film or take pictures of the border or of border guards. You don't even want to have a camera in sight a lot of times. He was lucky all he got was a broken window. I would have broken his nose and kicked his ass and THEN planted the meth.

The guy poised a potential threat to LEO's and the public by exhibiting suspicious behaviour. Plus he disobeyed the KEI's repeated attempts to find out what the guy's business was. The LEO's postured themselves for snatching him out of the car. I wonder if the guy did it as a college curriculum? Dispatch - Comprehensive Training in Identifying Suspicious Behavior ?
