That hailcrafters looks lot like my early radio shack. I often wondered if hailcrafters built them for radio shack

RRRadio Habana Cooba was the loudest thing on the shortwave bands in 1965. Had a crystal radio I modded to cover shortwave frequencies. That was the first thing I heard.

Pretty sure the russkys sold him the transmitters and antenna arrays.
