Voyage 9000 radio

I need info on the conversion for the Voyage 9000 radio I swore are had the info but I cant find it and I dont think its in any of my books. I will check my computer programs and see if its on there meanwhile also anyopne have one or had messed whith one?? Are they an ok radio?? Also if anyone has one forsale let me know Thanks .....Tony.....

i bought one once for a friend ...its was messed up .frequency all over the place .after talking to a few techs i found out that the voyage 9000 is prone to mixing crystal problems .i guess the extreme cold messed up the one we bought .so watch that radio this winter if your having it in a vehicle.not to say they are all that way but that was our experience with one.

I found a deal on one for a friend and it arrived today it works pretty good ill talk sideband tonight with it this guy is a truck driver so I hope they arent all like that in the cold Ill have it here till he pays me but otherwise it seems real nice. The board in this is like the Superstar 3900 in a way so its got to be better on sideband then the Gallaxy and Mirage 88 radios I have owned LMAO omg those thing had such a warble oscilator problems major to be honest ..
