Does anyone know where I can buy the green freq and channel leds for this radio? I also need the green lens also. Thank you for any help here.

Ranger Communications Parts and Service

If I'm not mistaken that's a ranger built chassis and radioshopsupply are the only authorised ranger repair centre now in your country if I'm not mistaken. I recall seeing parts for it on their pricelist but can't remember which ones,you'll probably find they also stock compatible blue or red led's too used in other radios that use the same or similar type displays,

there used to be a seller in hong kong did the ch displays (I bought a bundle of red ones off him), and I'm sure the individual frequency digits were available too, but last time I checked e bay there was no sign of him. You may even find full kits on e bay,but I'd imagine the prices would be seriously inflated, the coloured perspex you may have to do yourself. I know e bay had supplies of stuff like that,although not perfect one way round it.

Cb tricks has schematic,might show you pinouts (that's how we worked out the replacement uniden ur202 displays) then you can measure size and you'll probably find equivalents cheaper (much cheaper) on e bay from hong kong,sadly my blackberry memory card is full to the max with tunes,soi I don't have enough memory left to display the pdf to find them for youy, but once I get on a bigger pc I'll try to source cheap ones for you,I won't even tell you what I paid for 25 ch displays in hong kong,suffice to say including opostage I still got change from if I bought 1 here,and delivery was just over a week,but then the uk and hong kong have a long history between them, not so sure it would get to the states that fast. As long as pinouts match and size is ok you can use any type/make.
