VX-8DR VFO scanning problem

Whenever I scan VFO by using PMS with the (Lx,Ux )limits or +/-XMHz or only the Band, the radio always scan the 10 weather channel in the loops. It happens in all bands, 2m, 6m, 70cm. It is annoying and I am not sure it is a software bug. Call Yaesu technical support and they suggested me to reset the radio. It help until I started to enter memory channel. May I ask anyone has the same issue?
