It is pretty frustrating, to have a nice CB rig in your truck, and drive from Pittsburgh to Buffalo and back, and never hear a SINGLE voice on ch.19... save for the repeater signal from the truck plaza south of Erie on I-79 - for everyone to, "come in and get some more of that CB gear you're NOT using!"
