Some will use a web camera hooked up to their computer. So long as you have enough light in the radio room, they work just fine for a $40 video camera - if that is what you mean. The audio is OK too. Fortymobile (aka"4040") uses a real hand-held video camera on a mount. That, and a YouTube account.

I use a cheap web cam - and it works just fine.
From there, I got a free YouTube account and post my stuff up there.
Really easy to do.

There are lots of ways to do it; what did you have in mind?
