I didn't read the whole thing, but the basics are that they want to modulate with a pure square wave, and the CB needs to be modified to do that. Normal CB use doesn't use ANY square waves, because the human voice doesn't have square waves in it. This ties in with the normal arguments about AMC removal, because removing the AMC makes the voice fequencies clip at their peaks (positive and negative), generating square waves. Those square waves are what causes the raspy distortion (not to mention the extra bleedover) coming from a clipped radio.
