An American Airlines mechanic tampered with navigation equipment right before it took off.
It had 150 souls on board going to the Bahamas for rescue and aid the disaster relief.

The reason the person gave for this potentially catastrophic tampering was because he was not happy with the way the contract negotiations were going. It is a good thing that the pilots noticed the abnormal readings and aborted take off.

To become an aircraft mechanic it is not an easy task. It's not like you get 40 hours of class room time and then they let you loose to work on aircraft. Not sure of the persons origins but his name is "Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani."

I am not outraged because of his heritage, but for the action he took in where peoples lives were endangered for his personal views or financial gain.
