I was just thinking about some strange auctions I've seen.

Last year I sold a paper airplane that I made from a desk planner. Since the date on the page had already passed, I marketed it as "vintage"

Sold for $12.50, if I remember correctly. Marketing is everything!

Old knobs and a trem arm off a Strat, used polishing clothes, a half full bottle of guitar polish, an assortment of picks, two sets of strings, the rubber feet off an old amp, and a bunch of other similar junk.

The winning bid was $37.50......
