Whats wrong with this picture?

Pretty nice looking amp but I wonder what radio or driver caused the resistors to get hot enough to do a reverse Michael Jackson transformation.

no chokes or decoupling caps on dc supply,
no ground chokes on input transformer center taps
unshielded wires on rf input & output, input bundled with other wires,

looks like shit to me.

Wire on left port looking at back, green/white wire to the SO-239 connector. It's cut. Hard to see, but it appears to be cut completely and just laying right next to the other green/white wire at the back of the amp.

I missed that and I am sure there is no trace on the board it is soldered to.
"Sold as is, NO REFUNDS"
It is a shame because the Gray 700 amps worked damn good in their day.

No, it's connected. Just zoom in to 300X and you should be able to see it.

Any idea what it's connected to Space Cowboy. Zooming in on my phone I cannot tell if it's soldered or not. Is it soldered directly to the board? Just curious as like I said, with my phone zoomed in as far as I can it's too blurry for me to see a connection. Looks cut. Thanks for any responses.

That is the one I was speaking of 357. Doesn't appear connected to anything from what I could see. Got confused when everyone said it was not cut. But now I am sure it is cut! Thx for blowing the pic up!
