yeah, I remember that I made a post about the A.M. operations this weekend,.........................
but the thread got hi-jacked,
so I gave up
my 746pro is sitting on 28.490....listening for burundi, 9u4u or whatever the call is....might as well listen for nothing there 'cause i ain't hearin' nuttin' else on 10m. actually, with a wind chill outside of about 5 degrees, and in the basement shack of about 30 degrees, i'm sitting upstairs by the fireplace with the basement door open & the radio blasting.....& still hear nuttin'

nothing. not a thing. heard none of it. not even todd....he's e skip here. only interesting thing i heard on 10m was a 'jw' call on 28.492. he never came loud enough over the noise to get his whole call correct-jw2df???? he was making contacts 1 after the other for a good hour. i heard not 1 single station he was responding to, & he never responded to me. that call isn't in qrz's database, nor was any combination i could've mistaken for that call.
when is spring getting here??? i'm on an island....it's not supposed to be this cold or snowy
not a thing here today,was on and off...my copd was bad today,so had 2mtr ht on and listened to ch28 am...my ft450d wont transmit but get a kick out of listening...hehe didnt feel like hooking up cobra 29...will be active tomorrow on 28420usb 73 de n0zna

while i was listening sunday, on my maco v5/8, a friend was listening on his 4 element cubex. he couldn't hear 'em either. guess they were just overshooting fn30 a bit.
