WinCap Wizard Update SSN List Error

Hello,

Using the "Update" button in the Circuit-Configuration Manager/ SSN Page after running Geoalert Wizard I'm all of a sudden getting a " '17.3' is not a valid floating point value " error. Does anybody know what's going on, or have any advice where to find help with WinCap now that Jim Tabor has passed away (great guy; we're definitely going to miss him!).
