YUPP MACK THATS IT THATS WHAT I HAVE RIGHT THERE!!! I just unscrewed the bottom female end on this one and I have that 3/8 stud and SO-239 as in you first pic you posted. So a truck stop mirror mount?? Thanks for your help Mack answer found problem solved
