WTD: Vintage D104M mike

I am looking to buy a 1970s D104 M hand mike. The model with the smooth chrome finish and the long keyup bar. I really do not care if it works or not. I just want a mint condition case and keyup bar. I have a mike that works perfectly, but it's beat to hell and looks like crap. Check the picture. I missed out on this one, and I wish I hadn't.
