Yep, they look like baby tent caterpillars. The only thing they harm is foilage.

Its really strange, I caught one and had it hanging by its web string thing next thing you know it shot in the air and was gone? Lol it's like some sci-fi critters took over the shack! No biggie if they don't bite or hurt my radios they can stay.
But if they start making these
