There's a new guy in the block (new to me), the radio garage. I've watched what videos he's got and seems to be a good tech and doesn't bash other technicians when doing his work.

There was a big long thread about what happened to Mike and in the end, nobody knows. His last youtube video was a year ago and he just bought some high dollar equipment. My bet is that he got a big government contract and is up to his eyebrows in work. The video is titled goodbye so who knows?
Missed that thread, watched his final video, saw the equipment, but it's a bit cryptic on his future. Sounds like no one really knows but Mike. He's had a couple of my radios and I couldn't ask for better service. Whatever his gig is now I wish him well.
