Talked to him a few times at his shop. I guess, Ed, his son, will close up shop now, but I hope not. They have had a sign up at the shop that they would be closing in the future. I know a lot of CB guys and gals will miss him very much.

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
