I use the antron 99 as a base 11meter and as a scanner antenna. I switch them back and forth with a switch boxs. Ps. you can here things you never heard of before with the big antron.

ok i'll bite. yea shure dude wire it up , should be able to here for miles with that set up ,,,but the phono mode electric cartrige thing is way over my head.

I hope it will be as good or better than the 2000 . I liked the 2000 . Don't see why they stopped making the radio, why do they do that?
