Al-80B no pate current/no output

I have had this amp for about a month now and it has been working fine. Last night after using the amp it was in standby and I noticed the plate current in standby was sitting at 175?? Usually in standby this would be 0... If I put the amp in OPR and key the radio the Plate current drops...
