DTB do you know any mods that can be done to peg this radio out? It's pushing 50 watts now I believe, are there any bigger finals or anything for this radio?

I got a new northpoint NT 3 HP, and I must say...ever since I hooked it up, I've been impressed. Great recieve, a lot of compliments just on a few checks.

I may have to grab one of these radios to play with...I have SSB on my radio now, but don't use it ever, like I thought I would.

Some guy came on today saying my radio sounded like crap, no more than 5 seconds after hey unkeyed, 3 or 4 guys came on blasting him telling him he's an idiot and telling me my radio sounds great. I don't have enough good things to say about this radio now, great buy.

I got a Cobra 19 and a Cobra 25 I'll part with.

I believe he is talking about the tech bulletins posted by Cobra, and how if they're not interfering with the way his radio works, and if he's happy with it, he's not going to send it back to get them done.

yup same here, only time my 10k comes off is if it's gonna nail a drive thru at the bank, or if I'm wheelin.

lol, I'd almost be willing to say that the 10k is lighter than the wilson lil wil, if not, it's pretty damn close. I haven't got an actual weight on it, no scales round here, but when I get to work Tues, and no one has given a weight, I'll give you the weight of my 10k, 9 inch shaft dual coil...

Yeah that's the logical thing to do, if the person was insured, or even an American Citizen...no license, no job, nothing,I could have filed a suit against him, but for what? It wouldn't even had paid for the damage of my jeep, so I collected my losses and went on, didn't worry about...

How about running my old CD Radio Speakers (2 6" Alpines) to my CB? Can I just strip the speaker wire, and get a plug off another speaker, cut it, strip it, and mend the two together? The Alpines are 2 way speakers. Thanks for the help. The reason I want to do this is because my driver side...
